Come and try an introductory Pilates Session. Spend 45 minutes, one-on-one, with a Living Well Pilates Instructor. You will be introduced to the principles of Pilates on mat and machines. We will help you understand how to move in a safe and effective manner during your workouts.  Together you will assess what to do so your personal goals will be achieved.
